ANRIC offers a variety of professional development courses encompassing the requirements of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes and Standards as referenced by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), the American Society of Engineers (ASME) and the International Standards Organization (ISO).

The courses are customized to suit the clients’ needs based on interest, job requirements, and level of expertise. The courses are held at ANRIC Learning Centre, external conference facilities, and other domestic and international venues. Courses can be customized to address specific needs and hosted practically anywhere.

Course instructors at ANRIC are dedicated experts in the nuclear industry. Some of the instructors hold key positions on codes and standards committees such as the ASME and CSA.
ANRIC utilizes instructors who are employed by or affiliated with regulatory bodies such as the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC).

Courses are offered to individuals of all educational backgrounds who would like to gain the understanding necessary to be competitive and successful in the nuclear industry. Introductory courses are also offered to individuals who are new to the nuclear and energy industry and are looking to gain an understanding of related codes and standards as a starting point for a career in nuclear power. Higher level courses are also offered to more seasoned professionals with years of experience wishing to obtain specialized training.
